For our Basic Plan, you will have unlimited access to our support site where you will be able to watch training videos and have access to manuals For our Pro and Enterprise edition, not only will you have unlimited to our support team through our email and ticketing system and knowledge base, but you will additionally have the option to speak directly to our support team which is available 24/7.
Does Linga support my languages?
Linga is able to support the languages: Arabic, Chinese, English, German, Hebrew, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish and Turkish. However, Linga POS is able to support all of the currencies in the world.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Linga is a cloud based iPad POS system which requires no contracts. Linga can also be cancelled any time after you sign up with no cancellation fees.
What kind of inventory system does Linga have?
Linga POS has our most robust inventory model, tailored to set retail and restaurants up for success. Linga’s inventory module can track recipe based inventory. Linga uses this information to calculate the most accurate food cost for each individual menu item that is sold. Linga can even also calculate the cost of each topping per section of pizza for our pizza parlor owners.
